I am a music passionate from Poland. My hobbies include programming and Japanese culture (primarily, but not exclusively, manga & anime). Yes, I am a nerd.
I dabbled in electric guitar in middle school, switched to bass guitar shortly before co-creating a band in high school and just recently added basics of keyboards to the mix. Also, I’ve been developing recording and music production skills.
I was in a progressive rock band called State Urge, from its start to finish. I am currently in a metal band called Sautrus. Check them out on the Music page.
My student budget was a little too small to buy “original” effects to feed my sudden urge for sound modification, so I started to read up on effect building. My first creation was a Big Muff clone, but to this day it does not work as I suspected (and wanted) and I have no clue why.
I used to have my coffee white with a ton of sugar – now I have it black, without sugar. I used to drink mainly carbonated drinks – now I drink mainly sparkling water. I still love all meat and all kinds of pasta. It still may not be too healthy, but… I do what I want.
